RÌGH PROPERTIES Edinburgh operates a rewards programme named RÌGH Rewards.

Points earning

A registered member who spends at RÌGH PROPERTIES Edinburgh will be awarded reward points calculated as follows:

1 point for every £1 spent on accommodation booked directly with RÌGH PROPERTIES Edinburgh.

1 loyalty point = 5 pence.

Points are automatically awarded on full settlement of an invoice within 24 hours of departure. Only the registered member can claim points earned. Points cannot be claimed by two different parties for the same booking. You will be sent a monthly e-statement informing you of your points balance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a statement may not be sent where the member has not accumulated any points during the immediately preceding 12 months. A member may also find out how many points they have accumulated by checking their account on this website. If no points have been earned or reward redeemed for a period of 12 consecutive months, the account will be deemed to have lapsed. Once an account has lapsed all points accrued against your membership shall be forfeited and shall be closed. Points are not redeemable for cash and have no value unless presented for redemption in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points cannot be back dated to prior to sign up date.

Righ Rewards points earned for accommodation is restricted to guests who book direct and stay and therefore excludes bookings made on behalf of guests (including travel agencies) and bookings made via third party operators.

Redemption of reward voucher codes

Members may exchange points for monetary vouchers by requesting a voucher code online from this website, where a sufficient points balance permits. Once points have been exchanged for a voucher code, no refund will be available. Loyalty voucher codes are available in monetary denominations of £15, £25 and £50. Voucher codes will be delivered to your registered or nominated email address. The loyalty voucher must be used within 6 months of date of issue in whole or part of any single transaction. Bookings are subject to availability and advance booking online or via Reservations department is required. Please enter your voucher code number in the Validate & Redeem Voucher banner when prompted, after viewing rates for the property and booking dates selected. A minimum points order value of 300 points (£15) applies.

MEMBERSHIP TIERS

Membership tiers are awarded on a rolling 24 month period where total earnings of 2500 points (Silver) or 5000 points (Gold) must be reached to qualify within this period, or at discretion of any changes to tier qualification criteria notified. Tier levels are automatically applied on achieving points target within the qualifying period. Should a balance of 2500 points (Silver) or 5000 points (Gold) not be achieved in the 24 month cycle the tier level will automatically precede.

Silver and Gold tier upgrades, early check in and late check out times are not guaranteed and subject to availability, at the time of check-in and departure date.

Card Issue & Definition

RÌGH PROPERTIES Edinburgh operates a rewards programme named as RÌGH Rewards. Only one account can be awarded points when the member settles their invoice. As a member, your account can be used to earn and redeem points in accordance with these terms & conditions. A member can register on this website free of charge for points earning and voucher redemption at RÌGH PROPERTIES Edinburgh. Members can access their account information after registration on this website.  Points earned are non-transferable. RÌGH PROPERTIES Edinburgh and the reward programme operators, Inspire Loyalty Ltd, will not enter into any dispute concerning points awarded or redeemed and assume no liability whatsoever to damages claimed, infringed or caused by participating in the rewards programme named as RÌGH Rewards.

Cancellation

Should you decide to cancel membership, please advise by email to val@inspireloyalty.co.uk. On cancellation any voucher not used will become invalid and points awarded will be nullified. Your reward account will be closed, and all registration and transaction data will be permanently deleted from Righ Rewards programme and the data server.

Restrictions and Limitations

Redemptions are at all times subject to availability. RÌGH PROPERTIES Edinburgh does not guarantee to be able to offer rewards for any service redeemed.

Points will not be awarded for Spend on:
(i) Rates booked through 3rd party online retailers including but not limited to: Lastminute, Expedia, Orbitz, Booking.com, and Laterooms.
(ii) Wholesale/tour operator packages
(iii) Private party bookings
(iv) Purchase of gift vouchers

Bookings made at preferred RÌGH Rewards member rate is only applicable to individual leisure guests who book direct with the RÌGH PROPERTIES Edinburgh. The RÌGH Rewards rate is not applicable to any reservations made by travel agents or tour operators.

RÌGH PROPERTIES Edinburgh reserve the right to change programme benefits and/or membership levels at any time.
Membership is awarded at the Company’s sole discretion.
Customers must be over 18 years of age to participate.
Employees of the Company or its agents are not eligible to participate.
Only one membership of the reward programme per person is permitted.
Membership, points and rewards (excluding vouchers) are non-transferable.
It is the member’s responsibility to update their profile online or inform of any changes to their details, including but not limited to, their change of name, address and/ or email address.
In the event of death this will result in cancellation of loyalty membership and forfeiture of any available points balance.

The Company reserves the right to refuse membership or to cancel any membership and revoke any and all unredeemed points collected by any member for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud or misuse of their membership and/ or any violation by the member of these terms and conditions.

Some employers may prohibit or restrict employees from participating in reward programs such as RÌGH Rewards. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for compliance with any such policy which a member’s employer may operate.

General

The member is responsible for the payment of any tax due in respect of any reward. All terms & conditions are in conjunction with our supplier Inspire Loyalty Ltd.
